IN PERSON – ON LINE – PHONEDarrel Linehan-Dumont, Prof. Dip Psy C.
Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Prof. Dip Psy C.) – King’s Trust accredited
Hi, I’m Darrel, a pluralistic counsellor offering in-person sessions at Chapter House, or online/phone sessions for remote support. My approach is supportive, adaptable, and centered around you as an individual. I listen, ask questions, and gently challenge when needed to help you understand what’s going on and make sense of your challenges. We might explore your past to understand how it’s shaped you, notice patterns in relationships or things you struggle with, look at what’s happening now, and identify where change might help, or focus on the future and how to move forward positively. Therapy with me is about building a strong, collaborative relationship where we can explore what’s going on in your life and help you move forward in a positive way.
