I have worked as a counsellor with over a hundred clients in more than 10 years working face to face and online. Life can be difficult at times and sometimes delivers a curve ball. I provide a safe space for individuals to express themselves and feel listened to without judgement.
I help couples find a way through challenging times to create new shared values and beliefs. I work with families to help them create space for more effective communication, often across generations.
I have worked as a School Counsellor for students and also during Covid worked in a GP Surgery supporting young people at that challenging time.
